Kim Hyun Joong-The most kissable male celebrity

Who wants to receive a kiss from SS501 Kim Hyun Joong?

Apparently lots of people. Kim Hyun Joong took the top spot as the male celebrity whom women want to be kissed by. Jewelry brand Stylus by Golden Dew in honor of 6/14’s Kiss Day [Yes, there is apparently a Kiss Day*] took a survey on their homepage asking “Which male celebrity would you want to be kissed by?”

The results came out as 34% wanting to receive a kiss from Kim Hyun Joong followed by a very close 32% wanting to be kissed by Lee Min Ho. This seems to show the lingering popularity of the F4 and the BOF effect. 3rd place was Song Seung Hun with 15%, then Jo In Sung (13%) in 4th place, and 5th place by Lee Seung Gi (6%).

Personally I would prefer a smacker from Lee Min Ho. I mean seriously didn’t these people watch BOF? Between Yoon Ji Hoo’s lame gentle kiss and Gu Jun Pyo’s smexy one, which one would YOU prefer?

finally 2ne1 NAILED it!

Spread some of the “Fire”~

2NE1 just had their third live stage this past weekend, and really, they nailed it. Their vocals were sharp, all the girls had their energy up, the stage doesn’t look as empty as usual because of the glowing white jungle gym, and their outfits were toned down to an acceptably flattering level.

If you haven’t noticed, 2NE1’s only live stages have been consecutively on the SBS Inkigayo. YG Entertainment have stayed with Inkigayo so far because they have shown the most “interest” in 2NE1, but now they are finally moving on to KBS Music Bank. 2NE1 are apparently going to get a complete upgrade in style and choreography. No more wonky street outfits, lack of much needed background dancers, and (hopefully) what I call the “I’m sweeping the floor with my hand” move. How much it’ll change is questionable, but any improvement is always welcome.

It seems like they are using this tactic to up the ante for the music programs, as they continuously build upon the performances, so the fans will always be craving more and each step will offer something different, instead of the same old routine again and again.

In addition to that, 2NE1 is going to release a new offline album that you can physically buy in July. YG has said that the new concept will be much different from the swaggerific appeal of “Fire,” and opting for more “feminine charm.”

Jung Hyun Don Getting Married

Jung Hyung Don and girlfriend Han Yu Ra have set a wedding date! After formally introducing their families on June 9, they have set September 12 as their wedding date although the venue has yet to be decided.

The two met last year while working together on the SBS show Mystery Commando – he as a host and she as a scriptwriter. (She currently writes for MBC’s 오늘 밤만 재워줘 – loosely translated as Let Me Stay Over Tonight.)

Although they began dating around October of 2008, the relationship was not publicized until this past April. Two of Jung’s Infinity Challenge co-hosts – Jung Joon Ha and Noh Hong Chul – also revealed their relationships this year.

It was announced today that Jung Hyung Don, after experiencing 2 make-believe marriages on MBC We Got Married, will be getting married for real this time in 3 months time. The lucky bride is none other than Han Yu Ra, and no big surprise really, after it was revealed in April that they have already been dating since October 2008.

A representative from TN Entertainment revealed to the media that the 2 had met while working on SBS Mystery Commando last year and proceeded into a dating relationship. They have already gotten the blessings from their respective families in May and will be tying the knot on 12th September. The representative added, “The date has been confirmed but they have not started preparations for it yet. Jung Hyung Don himself has expressed that he will take full advice from his wife-to-be on how to go about making their wedding ceremony to be an unforgettable memory for them both.”

This has been an eventful week for Infinity Challenge members, after Noh Hong Chul was revealed to be in a dating relationship with Jang Yoon Jung just days earlier. Jeon Jun Ha had revealed earlier in March that he was currently dating an air stewardess. With Yoo Jae Suk and Park Myung Soo already married, it means that JunJin is the only member who hasn’t found (?) his partner and yet to serve the army also.
